We're happy to work directly with executors, estate attorneys, or a trustee, and we simply ask that whoever authorizes the job confirms they have the legal standing to have the property cleared. If ownership or authority is still being sorted out in probate, we can hold the job until you're cleared to proceed.

Absolutely. We'll work through the home with you to set aside anything the family wants to keep, route usable furniture and household goods to local charities (with donation receipts when available), and responsibly dispose of or recycle the rest.
