Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://www.thecleanoutcompany.com and the services provided by The Cleanout Company LLC doing business as The Cleanout Company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
The Cleanout Company provides junk removal, property cleanout, and related hauling services in South-Central and Southwest Wisconsin. Services are subject to availability and service area.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. You can request a quote by phone, by text, or through our online quote form; including photos helps us provide a faster and more accurate estimate. Final pricing is confirmed on-site and may change if the volume, weight, type of materials, or access conditions differ from what was described. No work begins until you approve the final price.
We use upfront, volume-based pricing. General pickups start at $125. Large cleanouts, estate jobs, long-distance jobs, and heavy debris are quoted separately.
No hourly labor fee is added on top for normal jobs. Labor, hauling, disposal, and donation drop-offs are included in your quote unless the job includes special materials or special handling.
See our FAQ for more details.
4. Prohibited Items
We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, paint, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, or other items restricted by law.
Heavy materials such as concrete, brick, dirt, gravel, roofing shingles, tile, plaster, and similar dense debris may require custom pricing because of dump fees and weight. Additional fees may also apply for items that require special handling or disposal, such as tires.
If you are not sure whether we take a certain item, send us a photo. If it fits our service model and disposal rules, we will let you know quickly.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that you own the items to be removed or are authorized to dispose of them, and that you have the right to grant us access to the property.
You do not need to move items to the curb; we handle the loading, hauling, and disposal. Please tell us where the items are located on the property, such as a basement, attic, or upper floor, so we can quote the labor and access correctly.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
Same-day and next-day service is available in many areas based on schedule and location. Appointment times are arrival windows. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items left in the removal area that were not intended for removal.
